How to report bugs, request features, and get support for ByteXL.

How to Submit an Issue

To report any issues or submit feature requests:

1. Login to your ByteXL app
2. Look at the top right corner of the application
3. Click on the Report Issue icon (located before the app tray)
4. Fill out the form with:
   • Category
   • Title of the Issue
   • Description of the issue
   • Attachments/ Screenshots (if any)
5. Submit the form

Your issue will be sent directly to our support team who will review and respond as soon as possible.

Tips for Effective Issue Reporting

• Be specific: Provide clear details about what went wrong
• Include context: Mention what you were trying to do when the issue occurred
• Add screenshots: Visual aids help our team understand the problem faster
